Ekoftau Environment and Wellbeing Association won an award

The members of the Ekoftau Environment and Wellbeing Association won an award and a grant to support their idea of making a Vertical Garden by reusing all plastic bottles that the members collect from the Erakor Lagoon and re-use them as flower pots or seedling pots for gardening.

If not collected and revalued by the community, the bottles would end in the environment in Land, in the margins of the Erakor Lagoon or in the Pacific Ocean.
